haccp certification (25th Aug 25 at 7:41am UTC)
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). HACCP certification in the UK is a systematic approach for food manufacturing industries that protects products from biological, chemical, and physical hazards and ensures food safety. HACCP is a system that identifies important points in the manufacturing process where controls can be implemented to avoid or eradicate pathogen contamination, such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other microorganisms. Pesticides, food allergies, decomposition, and unfavorable smells or odors are all addressed with HACCP.
